Peace Band 2021 & 2022
Peace Band 2021 –
1 January – 11 February 2021
Agora X came together as the Agora Legends team to support War Child UK with friends and family over 42 days of fun, community and movement!
We asked everyone to raise at least £42 and cover 42 miles over 42 days. We raised over $12.000 / £9.000.
Peace Band 2022 -
1 March - 11 April 2022
The Agora Legends team came together again to raise over $6.800 / £5.500 (contributions open to 31 May 20222) with new team merchandise, fun contests for participating members and sharing stories of difficult journeys of children torn apart by war.
Zoom Talks for War Child UK.
13 February + 14 May 2021
Zoom talks held to raise funds for War Child UK and to increase awareness and needs. Agora X managed all fundraising, hosting and logistics.
13 February 2021 – Zoom talk with Marcus Haney for Peace Band: Marcus Haney about his new book Fanatics and the fascinating start of his career.
14 May 2021 - Zoom talk with Lilian Ainley and Tanya Gerreli about War Child’s work, and their appeal helping children in Afghanistan.

We raised over $2600 from our latest ChrisMaas & Holiday Market with items donated by members of Agora. It was so lovely to see everyone come together, share talent, shop for each other, and raise funds for our two favourite charities.

For the 5th anniversary of the lads latest album Delta,
on 16 November 2023, we really wanted to do something together as a community not as a fundraising effort but simply a wonderful coming together of Agora! So with the help of many, we collected and compiled hundreds of everyone’s shared photos to create this video. A gift to Agora and to the lads!
We asked Agora to take a journey with us and look back on this life-changing album and all that we’ve experienced together.
Growing as a community, getting to know each other, laughing, crying, celebrating– all with the lads as our soundtrack, telling our story. Sharing our musical memories and thinking about all the ones we have yet to make.
